This boost of energy can keep you up all night until noon the next day if you're not careful. But if you do them in the early morning or afternoon, you can get a great energy high to carry you through the day.

You can work out as many times as you like every day, just, like we said, don't work the same muscles twice within forty eight hours. If you want to work out five times a day, that's great, as long as you have the energy for it and you pace yourself (typically a few hours between workouts), just don't overdo it and don't work the same muscles twice in twenty four hours.

How long should a workout be?

Depends on what your health and fitness goals are. If you want to just get in shape, an hour a day should do it. If you want to go pro and get into some competitions, you're looking at something like five to eight hours a day, maybe longer if you're gearing up for a big contest. If you don't want to go pro, but you do want to get ripped, three hours a day is probably just right. Again, it all depends on who you are and what you want to do with your body.
