Let's talk about website content. In today's society we understand a lot about the human brain more than ever before. Back years ago in the cave man days, you would hear the sound of a tiger and out of the corner of your eye the tiger is twenty meters away. Now if you run, you're done for because the tiger is much faster than humans. Think about animals for a moment. What do animals do now when they are caught in the wide open, like a rabbit? They play dead.

There is this element in our brains that protect us. It keeps you alive so that you can breed. When you can't breed, your life seems to be over. That's all that part of the brain does.

This is the same part of our brain that can cause us heartache when we want to create website content on our site. That part of your brain puts on an equal level that you have to be protected from that tiger. When you're writing something on your website that part of the brain is seeing you being torn limb from limb protecting yourself, so that you don't get hurt. That can be a problem.

Here is the amazing thing about this story. By admitting this to yourself that this happens in your brain, that is half the battle. The other half of the battle is to get some good content up that isn't going to be bad. You might think that the content that you are writing is going to be bad, but you should just sit there anyway and write without editing it.

Then you let it rest and come back to read it with fresh eyes on another day. Now don't publish anything until you edit it. What will amaze you is that might come back and think that your stuff is no good when it actually turns out to be something great. You might want to get it up on your blog right away, but sit in it and go over it again on another day. That is what all the great ad copywriters do.

Take what you have written and stick it in the drawer. You see our brain is meant to work on the content while you sleep. That is about 70% of our processing power. It's been proven though out time that this is how our brain works. It wants to be your friend and look after you.

Your brain always protects you and that is what keeps you from going up and petting wild animals. You don't want to forget what danger is. If you ask your brain a question and wait, it will give you the right answer. This is just one way you can create website content.
