The MP Bulkbox with dosable outlet in its hopper bottom is the ideal solution for
effectively packing, storing, transporting and dosed unloading of bulk cargo per m3.
Dosed unloading
During unloading of bulk cargo such as granules, shells, and other uniformly shaped products or components (without inside liner from 8mm and up ) dosing the flow is possible by only partially opening the outlet.
Continuous machine feeding
This makes the MP Bulkbox ideal to feed components or small parts in fully or semi automatedproduction- or assembly lines. The box can be placed on top of vibratory bowl feeders or feeders with (magnetic) conveyors for automated feeding of your production- or assembly line.
If double stacked, by changing only the top MP Bulkbox, a continuous supply to your machinefeeder isensured.
Transport
With the MP Bulkbox your components or bulk materials can be transported by normal truck in 2 layers, and during return transports up to 5 Bulkboxeswill fit one pallet place. Resulting directly in lower freight costs during both your outbound and return transport.
Storage
This economical bulk storage, -transportation & dosed unloading system is also ideally suited to store yourcomponents or bulk for a longer time without the risk of contamination. Stacking the MP Bulkboxfour high, you can leverage your storage capacity.
