Depending on performance analysis and feedback of the department concerned, the HR team is responsible for bargaining and provide better terms of employment to retain a valuable employee. These responsibilities make the job role of a HR professional extremely dynamic and challenging.
Performance appraisal, handing out the reports to different departments also falls under the gamut of Human Resource. Training and development of employees and team-members to improve productivity both qualitatively and quantitatively falls on the shoulder of Human Resources along with rewarding incentives and perks to employees.
