A business blog, on the other hand, revolves on the stock market and other topics with relation to business. A science blog is used to publicize information and other data pertaining to science. Collaborative blogs are blogs created, written, and managed by a group of individuals.

Another type of blog is an eclectic blog, which focuses on niches. This type of blog can be individually or collaboratively created. Then there is the educational blog, which is generally used by students and researchers alike. It is usually a type of blog that has some educational value. A directory blog, on the other hand, is all about the news and current happenings. And finally, there is the forum blog. A forum blog gives bloggers a chance to post discussions on the Internet.

Over the years, blogging has continually evolved. There are so many types of blogs out there that it won't be possible to mention all of them. You have to remember that there are no definite rules in making a blog. People are constantly finding ways to be more creative in making them. Because of the opportunities that it presents to bloggers in making some profit and providing quality information, blogging will surely continue to evolve, as long as the ideas and creativity will continue to inspire.
