The American Heart Association/American Stroke Association also recognizes the great benefits of portable defibrillator that's why the organization highly supports the Josh Miller HEARTS Act (S. 1197/H.R. 1380) that requires personnel from big establishment, teachers and students of various schools to get proper a training at the same time equip their community with necessary medical instruments that will help save the lives of children and adults, just like the AED.
