The sensation of giggling is exhilarating. The delight of humor can not be easily clarified but we all recognize it. Having a full hardy chuckle can get us through the tough times in living our life. Giggling also frees endorphins in our system which is a natural chemical that makes us have a sense of a positive well being.
There are many gains from giggling. For one, being able to chuckle lowers our tension. Having lower tension in living is good both somatically and psychologically. Having reduced tension also decreases the chances of heart problems and we can have a longer lifespan. So the former statement is truthful that goes "a chuckle a day keeps the medical doctor away". Also having lower tension makes us more effective on our jobs and we can concentrate more on any undertaking we have. Another gain to giggling is having a good outlook in life. Having confidence in life will make us feel more content and is another tension reducer. You also fortify your relationships with other people by both having a good chuckle and experiencing a funny gag together. So gaining a strong bond with your friends is another bonus.
Have you ever imagined giggling as a form of working out? Well it can be. It has been proven that giggling can work your upper body muscles. Many persons purchase fancy work out equipment for exercise for their abs. The fact is though that having one good hardy chuckle a day can also be an exercise for their abdominal muscles. Have you ever coughed up coke or another drink because you were giggling too hard? That is because giggling can affect all the muscles in your upper body. That is not to say though that there are no bad effects from laughing. If you giggle too hard there is a chance of urinating in your clothes. So if you are willing to risk that then go ahead and laugh away.
I recall one time I felt in a slump at the start of a day. It was very wet and gloomy when I peered out my window. I did not feel like doing yard work and really did not have motivation to do anything. Then I turned on the TV and viewed a really humorous television program that made me giggle very much. I giggled so much and had a sensation of utter joy. Having a hardy chuckle that day changed my outlook for that day. Sometimes I find humorous things on the web to giggle at. There are many humorous sayings on the web to giggle at. At lot of times you can find humorous sayings printed on items. There are many web sites where you can find funny sayings printed on tee shirts, mugs, cups, bumper stickers, and more. The fact of the matter is that you can not really live your life being a "Serious Sam". Try to laugh at the birds. Try to laugh at what you see around you and even try to laugh at yourself sometimes too.
