Even the most unassuming VIP expects to be treated a certain way, with a particular style. A virtual VIP can be even more important. While not of the same social status as someone famous, they may be the key people, even the lynch pin necessary to make a deal work or to take your business to the next level. Your success may depend on how you have made them feel, especially if they aren't expecting first-class treatment.

With either group, the first impression is crucial. Whether you show up at the airport in a t-shirt and jeans or in dress blacks, you're giving them the subconscious impression of the value that you perceive they will contribute. Needless to say, the people were unhappy, which set the wrong tone for their whole visit. In the end, it wasn't as lucrative as it could have been for anyone involved.

There is a sure-fire way to make sure you don't miss the mark with your VIPs, and that is to have them picked up at the airport by a qualified limo service.
