Situated on the third floor of The Mall. It has 4 units, Cafe Roma, Subway, Burger King and Big Fat Jackets. It is a large area and The Mall employ workers to tidy the area and assist the customers. There is a children's area. It includes a mother and baby room, bottle warmers, toddlers' toilets and changing mats.

Following the opening of The Mall, Cribbs Causeway and more recently Cabot Circus. Many of the chain shop relocated to the new Cabot Circus or have closed due to the recession. In October 2009 the management started a retail initiative program to resume interest in the Mall Bristol.
