As tuition continues to rise and the economy remains stagnant, many people are increasingly willing to bend the rules of ethics in order to protect themselves and their loved ones.

Some people who seek out fake diplomas did have access to that world. However, for whatever reason, they were unable to complete their educational objectives. For many people, it seems easier to simply order a piece of paper that allows them to save face. They cannot imagine admitting in a job interview that they dropped out of school. This is especially true for people whose educational trajectories were disrupted due to excessive drug use, mental health crises or other embarrassing personal experiences.

The bottom line is that as long as conditions remain as they are now, the fake diploma industry is likely to thrive.
