Rather, you would be encouraged to see the lesson taught to you in the event and use it to accelerate in terms of garnering personal wisdom. What you want in life does not matter so much as is what is best for your soul. Reading the Zohar and attending kabbalah classes can help you deal with the discomfort of these necessary changes as they take place.

Another belief about Kabbalah energy is that it can perform miracles in one's life if you can learn how to access it. The 72 letter name of God, which is used in Jewish mysticism for meditation purposes, is derived from the Hebrew verbal sounds that Moses spoke in the presence of an angel in order to make the Sea of Reeds part during their escape from Egypt. The idea is that by making these same utterances that you can make similar miracles take place in your own life. Simply looking at the symbols in the Zohar is also supposed to imbue you with energy.

Certain practices are thought to be bad for developing kabbalah energy. One of them is masturbation, as the kabbalists believe that the individual sperm become demons if they are not allowed to evolve into a human fetus. Also in kabbalistic practice, the man must orgasm before the woman to help minimize the birth of demons due to excess sperm. In terms of sex, it is also considered negative for the woman to be on top as that means she is drawing bad energy from below.

Kabbalah energy has lately come under scrutiny because it is being sold as blessed water from both the Kabbalah center in Los Angeles, but also from independent manufacturers that claim that the blessed water gives you extra power. In essence, it is being sold to cure issues of ennui.
