The MonaVie Compensation Plan Explained

There are 9 different ways to earn commissions in the MonaVie compensation plan. They are:

Direct Selling

Direct sales refers to the simple method of buying product at wholesale prices and selling it on at retail prices for a small profit. This could mean selling it on to other people who are interested in purchasing the product, or it could simply mean buying the product yourself. All MonaVie distributors are obliged to have at least one case of product on autoship' every month.

Top Retailer Bonus

The Top Retailer Bonus is the most recent addition to the MonaVie compensation plan, and is paid to distributors who achieve high retail sales over a specific four week period. The distributor with the most sales to at least 5 separate customers will receive the main bonus, the next three distributors with the next best sales will receive a smaller bonus, and all remaining distributors who achieve sales to at least five different Preferred Customers during the incentive period will earn a smaller-still bonus.

First Order Bonus

Whenever somebody that you signed up to the business orders their first case of product, you receive a bonus.

Bulk Order

Every time somebody you signed up to the business places a bulk order, you receive a bonus. A bulk order would typically be 3, 6 or 12 cases of product.

Star Maker Bonus

When you have signed up two more people to the business, you become a star. The Star Maker Bonus is paid out when those two people that you signed up also become stars in their own right.

Team Bonuses

Team commission is paid at a rate of 10% for the volume of sales for your entire downline, as described above. So if your weakest leg generates $1000 of sales, you will receive 10% of this from both your weak leg and your strong leg.

Executive Check Match

Distributors become eligible to receive the Check Match bonus when they reach Executive level, are regularly ordering at least 2 cases of product, and when the people below them who they have personally enrolled to the business (your personal enrollment tree) begin to earn commission. They receive a proportion of the commission, because they were responsible for enrolling them to the business in the first place. The Check Match is different to the Team Bonus, because you are only receiving commission for those who you are personally responsible for bringing into the business.

Leadership Bonus

This bonus is paid to executives at the Blue and Black Diamond levels, and is paid at a rate of 1%. The bonus pays out on every executive leg that you have created, therefore offering you an incentive to help make your legs as strong as they can possibly be.

Multiple Business Centers


By the time you reach the level referred to as Hawaiin Blue Diamond, MonaVie gives you another business centre into which you can begin to add new distributors. It essentially turns everything you have created thus far into one leg, and allows you to begin a whole new leg, therefore greatly increasing the potential to make huge amounts of money.

In addition to this compensation plan, CEO Dallin Larsen has also pledged to give a free black Mercedes Benz convertible to any distributor who reaches the Black Diamond level. It is a promise which he has made good on so far.
