But what concerns me is that when folks are optimizing for all these elements, whether they realize it or not, they are originally trying to guess what Google or the other search engines are going to value this month.

So why not do this: write relevant content searchers want to read, put it internet, and get people who want to read that type of content to the content to read it? Yes, that sounds mere. It sounds too mere to really work, doesn't it?

And yet, when you do that, you don't have to be troubled about optimizing for Google. You merely give them what they want - what they have begun they want - and what they are persistently optimizing their own algorithms to get. When you do so, you will automatically be a part of the "good Google". You look, when you are persistently fighting them by trying to beat them, you are warring. So the question is: do you want to go to fight, do you want to war, or do you want to be "teammate" of them?I think so many people seem that battling is the method to get more traffic from the search engines. But instead, why not just give them what is wanted to them? And they don't want you handling algorithms of them. They want you delivering great content that genuine people want to read.

Give it to them, do it in a rational fashion, get rational people that want to read what you are writing about, to read your content, measure it by the response rates you get from genuine people and I seem you will search you are getting more and more traffic from the search engines.
