The Act training program touches on topics such as the essential features of Act, configuring and maintaining network sync, and deploying Act for web. Other topics that are also being discussed include the creation and management of contacts, scheduling, creation of correspondences, and distribution of data to multiple users. These topics can also be found in the Act by Sage Essentials Library.

Bear in mind that, should you wish to enroll, both the Act training live online session and the recorded session would require that you have a high speed internet connection as well as a good speaker. For the live version, you might need to invest in a microphone in order to interact with the facilitator.

Unfortunately, one of the things that will not be discussed during the session is the maintenance and repair of the Act database. This database oftentimes can get damaged by power as well as machine failures. Technical support for this area would require you to pay a certain amount of fee.
