These 6,930 yards of links-style course has wide-winding fairways, sprawling-undulating greens and an assortment of treacherous water traps. The breathtaking layout requires a good short game, patience and precision.

Designed in 1962 by Dick Wilson and made over after the hurricane of 2004, The Lucayan course attracts professionals and amateurs golfers from around the world. This course has tree-lined fairways, sharp doglegs and cavernous bunkers. Golfers often note the uniquely private experience as the course was designed in such a way that players can only see the current hole while all other holes are out of site. With its intense tropical foliage, golfers will agree this course is as every bit beautiful as it is challenging. Both The Reef and The Lucayan have hosted the PGAs Bahamas National Open, the Senior PGAs Slam and 12 other national championships. There is a pro shop at the Our Lucayan courses where golfers can rent all the equipment needed to enjoy a day on the greens and fairways.

The Islands best tennis facility is located at the Radisson Our Lucaya. Located on the harbor side of the resort, the Our Lucaya serves up 4 unique tennis courts. Each court is a replica of the Grand Slam Championship court. Play on the surfaces of the pros; the manicured grass court of Wimbledon, the red clay surface of French Open, the hard Deco Turf similar to the U.S. Open and the Rebound Ace Rubber surface of that is similar to the Australian Open. Prices per court vary; and reservations are necessary. If one is just learning to play or want to play better, lessons are available.
