As a worship leader I have always made it my practice to attempt to serve with a spirit of humility, and to function a servant would, washing the toes of my fellow staff members fairly than ordering them around. I have found that, if I treat them with love and respect, that I gained huge loyalty and a better outcome all round because they feel inspired by their leader, moderately than persecuted.
