The Sony Ericsson Spiro Green offers the user a full Walkman music player within

their mobile handset along with music recognition and an FM radio also. Meanwhile, the integrated digital camera also provides an easy way to capture good times in pictures and videos.

The handset allows the user to record only a few seconds of live music and then play it back to the TrackID feature offered, which is then capable of recognising the track and providing the relevant information including download availability. The Walkman player offers track listing and easy selection by artist, album or genre while on the move, and the FM radio live music and news.

The Spiro Green has the Obigo full HTML web browser to offer the user every page of the Web in full detail with rich text and full images to be enjoyed. The Bookmarks feature also allows the user to save their favourite and most visited websites and pages for fast and easy reference in future. Meanwhile, the Facebook and Twitter applications which come integrated, offer the user a seamless connection into their respective social networks for status updates from friends and Tweets.

The handset comes with 5 megabytes of internal memory, in addition to a microSD card slot with support for up to 16 gigabytes of storage memory for music, photos , videos and contacts among other uses. Connectivity is offered through the micro USB connector with USB mass storage and support also both featured, allowing easy synchronisation and file sharing with a connected and compatible computer. Bluetooth technology is also offered along with the A2DP wireless stereo audio profile allowing the user easy listening through a wireless stereo headset, instead of using the 3.5mm audio jack connection also provided.

The phone features an impressive 2 megapixel main camera with up to two times digital zoom and capable of both image and video clip capture for those great moments with friend or family. Photos and videos can then be instantly shared on social networks such as Facebook or Twitter, along with multimedia messaging. Text messaging is also supported along with the other usual phone calling and organiser features.

The Sony Ericsson Spiro Green allows the user to combine their mobile phone with its calling and messaging features with as full and easy to use music player, and FM radio. It also provides seamless access to the Web through a full HTML browser, along with dedicated applications for social networks.
