Kenya has an almost stable climatic condition all year round. Though due to global warming the conditions are changing, it is a country that receives fair weather all year round. In the inlands, it is a bit cooler. The highlands especially near Mt. Kenya is very cold. Warm clothing is a must if you are visiting this place. Kenya has two seasons of rainfall. These are the long rains that are between March and June while the short rains are between October and November. The rain falls for a short period and it is usually in the afternoon. It is accompanied by thunder and lighting. The coldest months are between July and August. During these months, it drizzles too.
