The Minke Whales season is from June to August and Coral spawning season is through October and November. And there are some months where the water is supposedly better for scuba diving and snorkeling.

You can go bareboating, which is the kind of charter where you have to crew and captain the ship on your own. But this requires some experience with boats and sailing.
