New Delhi : The Wonder Stone Movie directed by Varun Mehta will see its web release very soon in December 2010. But being already excited about the original, The director is planning to make a sequel soon if the original gets successful in making a mark.
The Wonder Stone is a movie about an alien stone coming to planet Earth and discovered by six school kids who gets superhuman abilities for a day. The film stars Arya Varshney, Mansi Sharma, Rajat Sharma, Nishant Singh and Umang Pandey respectively.
The movie basically deals with kids and their fears, wishes, bravery, anxiety and adventures. The film is headed with great amount of visual effects and animation. The film was shot in a given period of 35 days. To promote the film Two music videos were announced. One of them is 'Evolution' which was released online and second 'The Real Wonder' shall be shot in Janaury 2011. It is the buzz now that the film will have a sequel in which the alien stone returns to haunt the kids afterfive years.
The cast and crew are busy to promote the movie throughout the period. The promotions are basically targetted online for better purposes. Till now the film has recieved mostly favourable response from the public. To take the excitement at a new level, Soon the lead cast shall be appearing in a totally new generation of superheroes with new superhuman abilities. Even though its not a superhero movie,it is said that it will help the movie to get a strong hold on people.
