Reporting directly to Dutchland, Inc.s president, He also restructures and upgrades the companys computer and communications networks. In addition to increasing efficiency while cutting communications costs three times over, He has been involved in a number of initiatives improving centralized and automated network managing systems.

He also received his degree from Northland Baptist Bible College in Wisconsin and now makes his home in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. Active and energetic, Scott LaPlant enjoys hockey and basketball, as well as scuba diving, biking, and cross country skiing.
