2-Have Confidence: Walk up to this person in a confident way. If you are afraid to look at them in the face, it will only scare them off. Just make sure not to be cocky about this. You need to show that you have self-confidence. No one likes someone with low self-esteem.

3-Pleasant Personality: Do not be a downer. Have a pleasant personality. Be in an uplifting mood. No one will like to be around you otherwise. While approaching a person you like be joyful but not giddy. Giddy is over the top. Just don't act this part though; you should really love life.

4-Don't Rush: Don't push to have the relationship to be more than the other person is ready to accept. You have to move slowly when wanting to get to know someone you like better. So move slowly but make sure not to stand still either.
