Today we live fast lifestyle that many times it causes us to crash and burn when we do not slow down. The key to winning the war on stress is how to manage it. Here are some steps that will help you.
First, know that stress will come. Know when you are ready to "blow" or you get so Tense" your muscles ache. Who in your day pushes you to that point? When you know this is going to happen, don't get stress out over it. Learn to find humor in it. I can remember a job I had where the situation in the office was so tense and everyone in the office was stressed out. One day it hit a extreme level., I went home with pain in my leg from knee to the hip and lasted three days. I came to a crossroad where in my mind I had decided not to let that person stress me out. I knew it was starting to effect my health. I started to stop allowinghim to use hisverbal abuse on me and not letting him effect me.
Make a to do list the evening before for the following day. DO not make a list that you cannot accomplish and put stress on you. Learn what you can get done in day and don't stress yourself out on what you cannot get done. Pace yourself through your day with quiet confidence. Be proactive in setting goals and completing them. They will give you a sense of accomplishment and stress relief. Staying focused on the task will give you results. Results will give you relaxation stress relief.
Get a portable massager to help relieve pain caused by stress.
