Apple makes all sorts of stuff. They also seem to have the uncanny ability to make long lines of people appear out of nowhere whenever a new generation of their gadgets are released. One thing they don't make is a wristwatch. Oh, wait, actually they do and it's the new iPod Nano.

Okay, it may not exactly be a wristwatch and the battery life does suffer when it is left on for long periods of time. But, it does make the already flash MP3 player even flashier. It is also sure to, just like any iProduct, cause long lines to form outside your nearest iStore.

So, how can you turn the seemingly normal Nano into one buzz-worthy wristwatch? Simple, just slap a strap on it. Accessory makers the world over have come up with straps that can turn the puny touch-screen music player into a large dial wrist-watch. Once you have the strap, you can then switch to the watch view and slap that MP3 player on your wrist.

Now, all Apple has to do is to make an iPhone as small as the Nano in order to have people start talking into their wrists. That will surely get iPod lovers out of bed at 5 in the morning just to be one of first people to get their hands on it.

Still, there are those who are not comfortable with the idea of the Nano being a wristwatch. If you belong to this demographic, you can look into more classic pieces including the Citizen Calibre 2100. This watch is not only classically design - it also oozes luxury. These may not carry music, but they are waterproof, scratchproof, and all sorts of other proofs. They are also a lot more durable than the iPod Nano. These watches have much longer battery life.
