The inner workings of Affiliate Marketing Programs

Are you honestly trying to make money online and like most of us, spent all you've got and still haven't made a red cent or at the very most a few pennies. After hearing and seeing the gurus clickbank and paypal accounts of $10's of thousands of dollars each month and some each week. Well, here is some straight talk for those of you like myself who just refuse to give up. I did some research only to find out some of these guys may be pulling your leg just a little bit showing you their modified reports of their earnings but I did find one or two guys who really pull in that kind of earnings. In fact one guy name Mack Maverick of the Money Makers Affiliate Training is making so much money until I went ahead and joined his clubYep, that's right I joined up with this guy @ Maverick Money Makers, because I believe in his style.

First of all, a great deal of Internet marketers got their start in affiliate marketing. You see, you can start out making money that you don't have by becoming an affiliate marketer. What I mean is this, you don't need to worry about creating a product or purchasing a product with PLR (Private Label Rights), which only means you can pretty much do anything you want with the PLR product, including put your name on it as the owner, so go ahead and do it. Lets take a side bar and talk about clickbank for a moment because I mentioned clickbank in previous articles.

What is clickbank?

Clickbank, is a product bank, where a great deal of vendors (product owners) place their products online for consumers and affiliates to make purchases and make transactions such as sales of the digital products Everything happens somewhat invisible. By this I mean, everything is virtual, you see a picture of the desired product and you can purchase the desired product but nothing really exchanges hands. When a consumer, for example, visits a site and sees want they want on the internet, they are taken to clickbank to see the product and click on a purchase button. Then electronically a transfer of funds from the consumer's bank account or paypal/alertpay account or what every the method of payment chosen and yes it could be a visa mastercard etc is select by you the consumer. Once the money or virtual money has been transferred to clickbank who handle all of the tracking transferring, paying the vendor and the affiliate's payment is done, then the consumer is taken back to the actual product page where he or she now download their desired product. All of this is done seamlessly and without much effort. The download transfers the desired product to the consumers computer as he/she takes possession of their newly owned purchased product. That's how it works and most of the work has been down by clickbank. A picture of the clickbank interface has been provided below, so you can see what will happen when you type in http://clickbank.com , but you as a consumer won't even have to do that, you will be surfing the net or you call it looking around on the internet until your surf will bring you by way of some search engine to various pages. The clickbank engine may see that you are looking for something and suddenly you will be guided through a series of clicks and taken through several website pages until you see something you want and you will be marketed to by perhaps an affiliate marketer which will then show you what they thinks you want to buy. You then end up on a page that has products that you are interested in purchasing. So, now your desire has been illuminated, you see something you think that you want and the process begins. After a squeeze page, used to get your information has been proposed then a sales letter is shown and at the bottom of the sales letter a purchase box with pictures of visa card, master card, paypal and alertpay shown to you while you are aroused. So you click with interest or you click away but another sales page comes up offering you an irresistible 50% off the original price, forcing you to take up the offering and the rest is history You own a new digital product, the affiliate marketer that brought you to the site got paid a 50% commission, the owner of the product got paid and clickbank got paid. All of this is because of what we call affiliate programs.
