The multiple use of a bedroom table - whatever you need it to be it can be!
Dining tables are where we dine, coffee tables are where we drink coffee, and bedroom tables are where we. Well what would you use a bedroom table for? A bedroom table can be just a table, perfectly useful for storing stuff on and under. A table in the bedroom can double up as a desk, and often if you do work from home you need space somewhere in the house to work from. The bedroom makes an ideal study/office space because they tend to be restful, peaceful and quiet.
So that's one use for a bedroom table. What else could it be used for? A table in the bedroom can be used as a dressing table, and that's what I call an excellent use for a table. A gorgeous mirror, plenty of space to display all your expensive creams and cosmetics, and somewhere to sit and get ready for a big night out. Gents, you could have plenty use for a dressing table as well, there are plenty male grooming products on the market and you need more space than a tiny bathroom cabinet to keep them. Dressing tables are thought of in purely female terms but hey, there is no reason guys can't use them as well.
A very common and useful type of bedroom table is of course the bedside table. Our own piece of personal space at the side of the bed where we can keep spare glasses, face creams, earplugs, eye-masks or whatever else we need to help us sleep or prepare for sleep. So far so good for the bedroom table. What about TV, do you watch in bed? If you do you need somewhere to rest the TV in the bedroom. Low-level tables are ideal as bedroom TV units as you get the added benefit of storage underneath either with drawers or even just space to store boxed items.
You could class a desk with drawers as a bedroom table of sorts. Again this could be double use and not only be work space but dressing space. Most of us do need our furniture and indeed our rooms to have multiple uses and a desk can be much more than just a desk. You could have a high console table in your bedroom purely to display some treasured items and keep a music system or your MP3 docking station. You could keep your computer in your bedroom on a table and use it for playing games or Twittering! The bedroom table really is one of the most versatile furniture items in there.
Of course we need a bed, wardrobes and possibly some drawers in our bedrooms to have them fully furnished. Most of us have bedrooms as very personal space and that is another reason a bedroom table of any description is ideal in there. A table can be used for so many things, and they come in so many different shapes and sizes it's hard to imagine any room without one of some form. Be creative with your bedroom table and use it or them to their full advantage, and you will be using your bedroom space to its full advantage as well.
