For most people exercising is not something they look forward to everyday and that
is a real shame because exercising is the best way to start your day off with a smile. People who exercise in the morning say that if it wasn't for that brief exercise that their day would be a whole lot different, and I don't mean better.
The truth about abdominal crunches is that they don't work as the only source of exercise and the reason for this is because you need to find a way to burn off any excess fat first before you will ever even see your abs. the problem that most people face is they would rather do 50 crunches and call their exercise for the day good, but you should never start an workout without first warming up and you should never end a workout without doing a proper cool down.
One of the things I can't stress enough is that abdominal crunches only work if you do enough of them each week and follow it up with cardio of some kind. And on top of cardio and abdominal crunches you need to make sure you are eating right and are taking in less calories than you are burning each day. If you take in too many calories and you can't burn them off your body will store that and most likely turn it into fat, so be aware of that. The last thing I want to leave you with today is make sure you stick to your diet and exercise routine for a while, too many people start and stop their exercise routines too fast and that is a huge reason Americans are overweight.
