The moment people to talk about
anxiety disorder, panic attack and mood disorders, they start to get anxious. They feel that way since they know that when you start to have such disorder, you are just about to go through an unforgettable disaster in your life. Is there really a valid reason for all of the fears that surround

Why not try using natural methods of getting a permanent cure rather than avoidance which can also provide you temporary solution. Meditation is one of these natural ways. Meditation is very efficient in releasing negative emotions offering you a calm feeling throughout the process.
It is also important to understand the correct way of breathing in conjunction with the therapy. Tendencies of hyperventilating is high during panic episodes. You might not know but hyperventilation can lead to electrolyte imbalance and passing out. Just try to breath properly so that you will not only be calm during the attack but can also prevent further attacks in the future.
The best breathing technique that can help you calm down is pursed lip breathing. This type of breathing is properly done by inhaling deeply through the nose and exhaling gradually with the mouth. This will maximize your intake of oxygen and minimizes the release of carbon dioxide.
Those were some of the things that can be of help in preventing panic and anxiety attacks from happening. However, it is still wise to talk to your physician and ask him the best medical treatment that can help you. They can recommend you to try out other aggressive treatment approaches just like cognitive behavior therapy or use of medicines.
