This is one of the misconceptions people have gotten out of the personal development materials that are available out there nowadays. All emotion is energy. Energy is what puts the power behind your attractions. The Law of Polarity simply puts things at opposite ends of the same pole. You know, like; hot and cold, Love and hate, anger and joy, etc. They are neither good nor bad they just produce different feelings. There is no need to judge them

In fact judging them is the wrong thing to do. Because, what you resist persists. Therefore, for many people operating on the misconceptions that they have gleaned, they are repressing anything they perceive as not being positive. Stuffing their feelings. That does not work because they are wrapped in a protective shield, if you will, and as I said what is resisted will persist.

You would be better off to acknowledge them and let them flow through you and let them go without resisting or repressing them. What you need to decide is what feels better for you. Further, by acknowledging all your emotions and allowing them to flow through you, you give yourself more opportunity to raise yourself on the emotional scale.

You need to realize that you are perfect in your imperfect self and deserving of all the good things you can dream of or desire. You need not wait to be worthy, you already are.
