There is a particular courier company I dread seeing at my door
. What I dread even more is the thought of them leaving a letter on my door matt saying they missed me and that the parcel needs to be rescheduled. I suppose it could be that its just bad luck that so many things have gone wrong with this company but I just cant help but thing theyre actually just completely useless which Im sure is closer to the truth.
My first problem with them was that we had a parcel from abroad being delivered to us. They attempted to deliver it to us several times but as they never posted any letter through the door we never knew about it. They eventually sent the parcel back over seas and as it was a gift from a family member abroad a lot of money was wasted because they didnt follow their own rules.
The second problem was that Id waited in all day for an item, which I knew was going to be delivered that day. It never arrived and when I range the depot they said I refused delivery. Why I would refuse a parcel, which was being sent to me I dont know and when I tried to get it to be redelivered again they said theyd charge me even though it was their fault!
When I recently purchased skirting from a lovely skirting board company they told me that this courier would deliver it and Ive got to admit my heart sank. They were so useless I knew theyd get it wrong. Although in fairness there was no problem with delivery; I was home and they rang the doorbell when they tried to give me the skirting parcel it was bend in two. Theyd obviously broken the item to fit it in the van, which is ridiculous! When I told them off for it they couldnt understand what was wrong with breaking the skirting board 's in half to fit them in the truck. They are terrible and although Ive never said this about anyone before, I hope they go out of business.
