Think and Become Thin: The easiest way to lose weight and achieve your ideal body shape.

Thinking is about using your mind to create your life and help you lose weight. I read a book a few years ago and have since read it about 3 or 4 times, each time I read it I learn something new and I highlight the pages with a different colour each time so I can see that I have different relevant things at different times in my life. The book is called Think and Grow Rich' and it's written by Napoleon Hill. It's about over 500 people who were wealthy in the early 1900's, how Napoleon Hill studied them and how he came to the conclusion that it all comes down to 13 Steps to Riches.

Why am I telling you about this book and what does it have to do with losing weight? Good question and I am glad you asked. People think that because of the title that it is about money and riches but you would be dead wrong! As it is about whatever you want in life and it could have been titled Think and Grow Thin' if you want to be thin or whatever you want in your life.


The main reason I bring this up is the book has also helped me not only in my life but also in regards to my weight loss and now I want to help you do the same with the 13 steps.

The 13 steps that can help you lose weight.

1. Desire If you really desire to have a great looking body, you can really say that without a doubt this is what you want most and you MUST have it, then go and write 20 reasons why you must have your goal body and look the way you want to look. Better still write 100 reasons. If you can do that you have desire in the bag and you own this step.

2. Faith This is about believing that no matter what happens, you will achieve your goal body and lose the weight you want and nothing will stand in your way you have complete faith in your attainment of what you desire most will come about.

3. Auto-Suggestion This is about your self talk and what you say to yourself on a consistent basis and how you think and feel inside. Affirmations can help you with this so create a few, maybe even 5 affirmations that you can use and say to yourself on a daily or 3 times a day basis, to help you reaffirm your faith and desire.

4. Specialized Knowledge Go and research or read a book, Google it, find what you need to learn in order to achieve your results, millions have done it so find the successful weight losers and interview them or read their books or articles about losing weight and see how you can do it too.

5. Imagination Imagine that you have already achieved it and visualise it in your minds eye and do this daily. Get pictures of your goal body and put your head on it and place it by your bed, so you can visualise it before bed and when you get up each day. The more you think and imagine it the more it is a reality and your body will create it.

6. Organised Planning Turning your desire into action and making a plan as to which you can follow towards your weight loss success. After finding someone who has already achieved what you want in step 4 use their same plan and do the same things and you will get the same results.

7. Decision Getting off your arse and doing it, mastering the art of procrastination. Finding your passion towards your goals and doing it, once you have the other steps in place this should be easy to follow through with.

8. Persistence This is probably the one that most fall down on. You weigh yourself and don't see results or you aren't getting to where you want to be fast enough so you give up. WELL DON'T this is the key to success, where others have failed you will succeed. Most people quit right around the corner from success and then they lose everything they have worked so hard to achieve, Persistence is the key to success.

9. The Power of the Mastermind This is about finding a group or people around you with simular goals and using this to motivate you, keep you all in line and doing what you say you will do. Holding you accountable to your words is one of the best ways to keep you going. Your group or weight loss success partners will help you and you can help each other out when you need support and encouragement the most. What's more you can share in the celebration and achievements together too.

10. The Mystery of Sex Transmutation This is a big one when it comes to success in anything and it's more so worse for men as all they think about is sex and so this can stop them achieving there goals. The emotion of sex and sexual energy needs to be converted into something that can be used to move you towards your goals. Most men don't achieve their goals or success till they get over there sex drive and start to calm down a bit in this area, usually late in their 40's. It's a very important area to consider and can also be a driving force in order to perform better in the bedroom or get that relationship you want.

11. The Subconscious Mind Voluntarily or involuntarily planting seeds in your head can produce the results you want or don't want. So use this to plant the right seeds, plan, thought or purpose. You will surely see the results growing over time to create the tree you want and the positive achievement of your goals.

12. The Brain This is how you communicate with your Subconscious mind and pick up the signal you need to help you move towards your goals. This is about also putting the pieces of the puzzle together to form your plan. Your imagination, desire, faith and auto-suggestion in one place so that you can work on it till it becomes your successful achievement that helps you lose weight.


13. The Sixth Sense Once you master the first 12 principles you can then work on this one and use your intuition and learn to trust your body for what it wants and needs in order to create your goal body and help you lose weight. Once you learn to trust your body you will start to crave only what your body wants and needs to keep you healthy and alive.

So there you have it 13 steps to wealth, success or even to help you lose weight, keep it off and look great. Whatever you want can be achieved with a little help from the experts that know the industry and can give you want you want, in terms of helping you realise that you can have your ultimate body and it's easy when you follow the principles written above to lose the weight you want.

Remember: Mind control is the result of self-discipline and habit. Just do something small each and everyday towards the attainment of your goal and you will surely achieve it in time.
