I know this is not my first article that stresses the fact that you should employ the services of an Atlanta Realtor. There are some who don't know what they're doing and who don't care who gets hurt in the process of them getting a commission. The real estate business is kind of odd. You learn most of your skills while on the job and not necessarily in class. Most of what's taught in class is Real Estate law and not necessarily the ins and outs of real estate transactions. Because of the nature of real estate and agents being self employed basically, there just isn't that much oversight over the newer agents. Since it's not a salary type position, there is a lot of competition. This is particularly true with smaller Mom and Pop agencies that aren't quite as strict as some of the bigger agencies.
