If you want to master the art of meeting women without the fear of rejection, then you need to follow these three easy tips before you say anything to her. Picking up women does not have to be hard, but it does take some courage and a whole lot of experience.

Picking up women is all about confidence. In actuality fear is a big turn off to all women. To have the right attitude you have to revert back to the caveman days. No matter what anyone says, women are looking for someone to take care of them. It's a tough world out there and women need a confident man to take car of them. How do you show women you have confidence and are capable of protecting them? You have to practice, plain and simple. Women can smell fear a mile away, just like sharks smell blood. If you are not already exuding confidence you must start practicing immediately. The quicker you start showing the world you are confident the quicker you will start dating women. One of the best ways to gain confidence is to talk to women you have no interest in. Start with the least attractive women you meet and gradually work your way up the scale until you are talking women that you find very attractive. By the time you find someone you wan to date you will not be shy, scared, or embarrassed to have a conversation with her.

Second, for the best success use the "three second rule." When approaching women, don't think about what you are going to do or say. Just go up to her, and start a conversation with three seconds. Don't think about if you should this or that, or if you look o.k. Over thinking leads to fear and that will always mess things up. See a woman, walk up to her, and start a conversation.

Lastly, act like you don't care. I'm not saying you should be a jerk. What I mean you have to relax when you are talking to a woman. This technique works all the time in sales and it will also work when meeting women. You have to have the attitude that it is o.k. if she shoots you down. Your life does not depend on talking to any particular woman. If you have the right attitude, they can sense it and will wonder why you are not more interested. This will make you even more desirable to them on a sub-conscious level.

So, the next time you are out with friends and you see a beautiful woman, be confident, use the three second rule, and remember its o.k. if she is not interested. You will have more fun and you will make yourself look better to every woman you meet.
