Tim Mcgraw Tickets - Mcgraw Gives Back To Communities Around The Nation

Even with his status as a country superstar, Tim McGraw strives to be a good neighbor

. He proved this by teaming with Fritos to raise money for the Neighbor's Keepers Fund. McGraw and Fritos will donate $500,000 to the cause, which helps families in communities around the nation. The organization works alongside other community groups, and proceeds will benefit groups in towns from Atlanta to San Diego and dozens of cities in between.

Throughout his career, McGraw has been involved in numerous charitable efforts. Tim McGraw explained his passion for the organization in a press release. He said, "My wife [fellow country superstar Faith Hill] and I believe it's imperative for neighbors to help to improve communities, and Fritos is stepping up to do just that. In conjunction with my Neighbor's Keepers Fund, the Fritos brand's generous donation will help children and families thrive across this great country." The organization will especially focus on helping women and children.

This isn't McGraw's first partnership with Fritos. According to Fritos' website, Fritos served as the official snack of McGraw's Live Your Voice Tour in 2008. The partnership went as far as creating a special flavor for McGraw. McGraw has landed on many "hottest country star" lists, so his flavor shouldn't be a surprise: Spicy Jalapeno Fritos.

Prior to announcing his partnership with Fritos, Tim McGraw reached out to the Lakewood Emergency Food Network in the Tacoma, Wash. area. He performed at Seattle's Key Arena on May 21, and soon after Tim and Faith donated $15,000 to the emergency food bank. In addition, he was also instrumental in raising money for the victims of Nashville's recent flood.

Even with his busy philanthropic schedule, Tim McGraw has carved out most of his time to his popular Southern Voice Tour with Lady Antebellum and other up-and-comers. One of the most talked-about stops on his touring schedule happened on June 10 at the 2010 CMA Music Festival in Nashville. He played LP Field and even came back days later to sign autographs as part of the Greased Lightning Fan Fair Hall. The CMA Music Festival always brings out country's top names, and the 2010 even had names like Alan Jackson, Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood, Brad Paisley, Reba McEntire, Zac Brown Band and more as performers in addition to McGraw.

Just before his performance at the CMA Music Festival, Tim McGraw offered a glimpse of his live show to television audiences watching the 2010 CMT Music Awards on June 9. McGraw was part of a long list of star performers that also included Brad Paisley, Toby Keith, Keith Urban and more. His wife, Faith Hill, was one of the presenters and Kid Rock was the host.

If any more proof was needed of Tim McGraw's status as a legend, Billboard recently released their list of "Country's Top 25 Artists of the Past 25 Years."
