Before you rent one, though, it is a good idea to consider all of your options as well as the location that is right for your needs.

Is on the Beach Worth It?

Many condos sit right on the beach. You can wake up, take the elevator down to the ground floor and step out onto the beach in just a few minutes. This can be a good thing. What is nice about this type of access is that you do not have to find separate parking near a beach access point. You also do not have to worry about washing off before climbing into a car, as you would otherwise. You do not have to walk a mile with all of your gear in your swimsuit to find a spot on the beach. It is worth it.

What's Onsite?

Do not forget to find out what else the company can offer to you onsite. Aside from just giving you plenty of room in your room or suite, you need more. Is there a fitness center, gift shop, restaurant, lobby, and other features you need? There may be adult and children's pools, spas and much more. Not all facilities are the same, but unlike a hotel room, there is plenty of more options in these condo suites than you will find in a hotel.

Know Where You Are Located

A big mistake to make is to choose just any suite available at the facility. Though you may want to give up a great view for a lower price, you may not always want to compromise in such a way. For example, you may want there to be far more room for you to spread out in than a cramped room will offer. Before you rent just any location, know where the suite is, what size and shape it is and what the view is like.

Condos can be a fantastic investment. Yet, before you decide whether to rent one for your next trip, realize that you will need to book in advance. They are one of the most popular options for most beach areas because of all of the amenities they offer. Do not wait too long to consider your options, or you may be stuck with that small, cramped corner room you do not want.
