Another thing is that your meal should be frequent so that you will not have to eat heavily at night. Do not skip breakfast, too. Daily and regular exercise is also a must in order that you will lose weight fast. A set schedule should do the trick here. But if you will ignore the alarm in the morning that will remind you to get up and do your exercise, then forget about it totally. It doesn't have to be something so rigid and intense. Walking can do a lot already.
