Everyone wants to age gracefully. Have you noticed that those people who are young at heart are the happiest at their prime? That's because when you're happy inside, it shows on the outside.

Family

Spending time with your kids and grand children has a great effect at keeping you young at heart. Most people who spend more time with people who are much younger than their age seem to adapt that young spirit around them.

Join their activities and meet their friends. Their friends surely have grannies and granpas too! You might just have a new circle of friends. You might even land yourself on a romantic date!

Be Healthy

Never neglect your health. Some health conditions are like ghosts to doctors. Not feeling anything wrong with your body doesn't mean you don't need to pay your doctor a visit. Early detection is better than curing. You may not be 15 and be able to eat whatever you want, but you can still eat whatever you crave for just take them in good portions. And how will you be able to keep up with your busy schedule, if you're not healthy enough?

Move around and share

Experience is a great teacher. And sharing some of those experiences to someone you just met in church or in your grand son's Family Day at school, is actually a totally refreshing idea. Who said you are boring?

Travel

Most of our lives we spend on either studying or working. How much of what the world has to offer have you actually explored? Travelling is a form of leisure. Take a trip wherever you wish and explore the world. You're never too old to learn new things and be able to share them. Being at your prime is also a ticket to do the things you've always wanted to do or missed out. You have dedicated your time and energy to raise your children; it's now time to have fun with your other half. And if you happen to be single, it's not too late to find love in foreign shores! Who knows? The fine lady on your left could be the one!

Have Fun, Be Happy

You get up in the morning, you have access to the internet and you have food on your table. Isn't that enough reason to be thankful and make the most out of the day you're blessed with? There isn't an age bracket for learning. No matter your age, you're always welcome to learn new things. Discover great food, meet amazing people, see wonderful places and add more laugh lines to your face. What have you got to lose when you have a lot to gain!

LIVE

Existing is different from living. Some people just exist and it's sad but some people live. They love, they laugh, they share that love and laughter. It's never too late to leave a mark on everyone else's life you've touched.

If you're stressing these days, take a break from the world and be young again. Stay optimistic and things will always fall into their respectful places. You've probably dedicated most of your life to your family. It's time to spend time for you. Pamper yourself because you deserve it. Go out and meet new people. There's nothing wrong with being young at heart.

It's better to feel younger and look a bit older than the other way around. It's okay if you look in the mirror and realize you've aged physically. We all age but not many remain young at heart and you're lucky if you don't feel old because you have the blessing of love and happiness.
