Provide Sample works apparently, all the blabs in a resume or curriculum vitae would be useless without any evidences to prove all of them. These evidences would be the sample works. In the field of virtual assistance, live samples of work are preferred especially for web developers, web designers, and content writers.

Know what skills to Highlight it would always be better for an application if the employer can see that it is really meant for the job vacancy they have and not just for any random company. By doing thorough research on what the employer is really looking for, it would be easier to determine which skills need to be highlighted and what relevant skills can be used to support them.

Years of experience always apply for jobs which you have ample working experience to avoid getting rejected. Employers cannot simply settle for half-baked experience, because they will normally want the best for their business or project.

Flexibility employers would also prefer hiring virtual assistants who are not too focused on just one skill, apparently because they want to make their payment worth it. For instance, they would rather hire a writer who has background on SEO as well, rather than a plain writer. The same thing goes for web developers who are also good with designingThis saves them from the hassle and cost of hiring additional staff. . A good set of skill will not give you a job, but an undoubtedly high-paying jobs.
