When you change things up regularly, it doesn't have time to adapt, and weight loss happens at a faster and higher rate.

Exercising every single day is critical to calorie burning. You need to figure out a way to make exercise more enjoyable. Jog in exotic locations. Play sports with your kids. Enlist your friends and start a regular regime of physical activity. Motivate yourself daily. Force yourself to realize the essential need for physical activity.

Be sure you don't hang or drape yourself on the stationary handle bars. This will cause your body weight to be supported by the machine thus taking away both intensity and limit how many muscle groups are involved in the exercise.
