1. My aunt uses this method to maintain her weight, but said she lost 60 pounds in the beginning doing no more than this. What was her secret you ask? Simply not trying to lose weight, but just maintain a healthy diet. You will only loose around a half pound a week with this option, but if you're like my aunt and cant exercise, this is a very good choice.

2. Try maintaining a healthier diet along with some easy exercise, such as walking. The most important thing you can do for yourself is to simply be aware. Be aware of what and when you eat. Try to say no to fast food, donuts, sugary drinks (even the diet stuff is horrible for you), ect...


3. Eat some Miracle food! Fresh fruit and veggies will go a long way in living a healthier lifestyle. I know that most of you already know that, but by eating healthier foods, your allowing your body to dispose of fat and all that nasty stuff faster! Around 2 servings of fruit and 5 servings of veggies should do the job.

4. Water! I shouldn't need to say anything else. Replace all that soda and juice with water. You wouldn't believe the hundreds of benefits there are to drinking more water. I'm not saying it will cure cancer; I'm just saying some people would:)

5. Try to eat 5-6 smaller meals a day instead of 3 larger ones. By keeping your stomach smaller, you are allowing yourself to get full faster, and as a result, eat less!
