Tired Of Worn Out Walls With Paint?

Are you one that does the basic cleaning around the house and then once or twice a year you take the time to deep clean your house

. That might be when you notice that your walls are really dirty from all of the kids hands. Then there the dings and nicks in the linoleum in your flooring. Then when you go into your bathroom you notice that with all of the water being splashed out of the bathtub that your walls are looking a little warn. One of the places that you might not really notice that is getting really dirty and worn is around the kitchen sink. Whether you wash down the wall just above the kitchen sink or don't think about it you either face the challenge of the paint fading or food splashes being up on the wall.

When you start noticing all of these things you start to wonder what your options are. You might be thinking that one of your new annual projects will be repainting your walls and these areas every year or six months. The cost of the paint and having your walls and flooring look worn and dirty for all of that time might not be something that you want. Then you think about what your other options could be.

One thing that many people don't think about is the option of having a tile backsplash in their kitchen or their bathrooms. You might think about having tile as your flooring or even in a swimming pool, but why not have it along your walls that are getting worn out. Just think of the different designs that you could do in your kitchen along your walls between your countertops and your cupboards.

The other nice thing about having a tile backsplash is that it will be so easy to wipe them down and they won't wear out. You won't lose any color and have to put money out to repaint every year. The other nice thing about tile is that it is really easy to clean. It doesn't take much to wipe something that spills and even if it dries you don't have to scrub too hard to get the tile clean.

When you are considering the tile that you would like it is important to recognize that this is a wise, long term investment. Not only are you increasing the value of your home, but you won't have to spend so much money and time cleaning those areas when it comes time to deep clean.
