Luckily, no one else was sighted. It wasn't this guy's day, as he later got sighted for losing kit. After the lesson we then went for a brief on what out future training weekends were going to consist of, which was good to know. We left just after lunch and got home mid afternoon. Which was good as it meant I could go for a Jacuzzi to defrost. The training plan says we are meant to do a 4mile run, but as we did the phys the previous day I decided against it.
