Todd Fisch was born on September 29, 1961 in New York. In the year 1982, Todd commenced his professional career as a commodities trading advisor in the First Trading Group of California. The outstanding performance and hard working nature of Todd soon impressed all the top-bracket employers of the country and within a few days he became a revered name in the business circuit.

However, the aim of Todd E. Fisch has always been to found a company on his own and he at last succeeded in executing the same in the year 1992. It was in this year Todd became the chief operating officer of Interactive Telecard Services, an early applicant in the prepaid phone card industry. Todd has been involved with this organization since its very onset and in fact it was due to his mammoth contributions, the latter eventually became one of the principal suppliers of promotional phone cards in USA.

In 1996, Interactive Telecard Services was acquired by WorldCom and Todd Fisch was left with no other option apart from leaving the organization. However, Todd didnt sit idle for too long as he was soon recruited by SmarTel Communications, another leading provider of promotional phone cards to the advertising specialty industry. SmarTel hired Todd to prepare the company for a public sale and he successfully fulfilled this task as in 1997; the former was purchased in a roll-up of communications#companies by#SmarTalk.

After effectively positioning SmarTel for sale, Todd E. Fisch joined EqualNet Communications in the year 1998. Here, the main responsibility of Todd was to make out and negotiate with all those businesses that were strategic acquisition candidates. Besides this, Todd even assisted the firm to get hold of ACMI, a well-known network marketing company.

In the year 2000, Todd Fisch once again founded an organization, known as the Epixtar Corp. However, in 2005, Todd E. Fisch resigned from Epixtar and engaged himself in an academic enrichment program, known as the Math Monkey Learning Centers. Later, in 2008, the company changed its name to Qotient Learning Corp.

Nowadays, Todd Fisch is the managing director of his self-directed company, Argosy BPO, LLC and is still contributing a lot in the expansion of the firm on the lines of his previous accomplishments.
