With the Cataclysm expansion, most World of Warcraft players has experienced Instance Leveling, probably because of the daily instance quest which gives you experience, gold, and a random item. But there's more to it. Leveling by doing instances are an important of the game, and Dungeon Quests is an important experience of the overall leveling. Especially at the lower level instances.

World of Warcraft players skipped the dungeon quests in the past because they were simply too hard or you couldn't find a group that was willing to do it, all five people in the party need to agree on doing the quest, one person could sink the whole party. But now in Cataclysm, people will find many bonuses and additional rewards for doing these quests, they are also often obtainable at the start of the instance which makes more people do them. Most people tend to just solo questing their character to 85, these people miss a lot of what's good in this game, when they aren't doing the low level instances they are really missing out on both experience and a fun game. Completing these quests will expose you to new content of the game, and who doesn't like a challenge once in a while?

Reason number 2: Better Gear

The best gear that you can acquire while leveling is the gear that drops from instances bosses, so you won't have to worry about your gear getting outdated once you hit new levels. But not all bosses will have the gear you need, sometimes the ones you do need won't drop and other people can need on it, that's why it's important to do the Dungeon Quests. These Quests will give you much better gear than you would get from solo quests, and there's always something for all the classes / builds. These are always blue gear which is awesome to wear while leveling, it's just common sense that you would like to fill the gaps that boss drops might leave you with.

Reason number 3: The Experience

Take a look at the average experience gained from a solo quest, now look at the dungeon quests. See any difference? Well, you should. The Dungeon quests can award up to 5 times what a normal solo quest would give you, and this combined with heirlooms makes the experience ridiculously high. You will also get a 2 in 1 experience stream, one part is when you're doing the quests of course, and the other one is killing mobs. You're getting experience during the quest, and you get experience when you turn it in.
