Muddy Waters was considered the father of the Chicago Blues style of blues
, and ranked #17 on Rolling Stones top 100 guitarists of all time. Muddy brought the blues across the ocean to England and toured North America extensively. He actively played and toured for 41 years and died in 1982 at the age of 68. Notable songs were "Forty Days and Forty Nights", "I'm your Hoochie Coochie Man" and "I Just Want to Make Love to You"
