Blackheads are noticeable in the face. And often they cannot be easily removed. Well, it is true that prevent is better than cure. So here are some things that you should be aware of for you to prevent ugly blackheads destroy your skin and shake off your confidence.
1. Drink a lot of water. Ideally, you should drink nine to twelve glasses a day. It helps remove the toxins inside your body.
2. Do not scrub your face roughly. This will cause irritation that may only lead to more production of oil which is a very prominent factor of acne production.
3. Rarely washing your face will add to the possibility of having blackheads. Removing the excess oil in your face is very important.
4. Do not squeeze your blackheads. You might think that you will remove the blackheads in your face, but you are actually opening the possibilities of worsening it.
5. For girls, change your make-up brushes and foams every three months. Also, be sure that your face is clean before you use them in application so that it will still be clean on your next use. Sleeping with your make up on is not also advisable. The oil of make up is absorbent of bacteria that can contribute and be disposed to the skin pores.
6. Be sure that the face towel that you use and anything that you know have direct contact to your face is clean and properly cleansed.
