Most of the time what makes a relationship work are things that we tend not to think of too much. One of the most common mistakes is trying to spice up the relationship. Oftentimes it is the predictability which is important rather than variety. These seven ways of helping build trust in a relationship will guarantee to help improve your connection to each other.First and foremost is predictability. It goes against the common belief that you need to always introduce something new to make the relationship interesting. Yes, it's true that surprises add some excitement to the relationship, but as you would soon realize, what really matters more is consistency. Being reliable 24 hours a day helps build the trust in a relationship.Second, stop keeping secrets from your partner. It destroys whatever trust you have in your relationship. Be open and honest. Always remember that the truth will come out. Keeping secrets eat up your energy - the same energy you can be using to build trust in a relationship.Third, let your actions echo your words, and vice versa.
