Phenomenon of tort as a part of criminal justice course is separated and labeled tort science' in various instances

. The following occurrence is due to many examples of tort that cannot be fitted into the criminal justice textbook alone. Many scholars of criminal justice dedicate their time to studying tort science in general and various kinds of torts in particular. In many instances it helps the government to understand the reasons for committing the following types of crimes and misdemeanors: 1.Public indecency and nuisance. Unfortunately, this phenomenon takes place in many undeveloped countries. Due to the drug addiction, alcohol-related problems, lack of financial means to support oneself and one's family, a person starts misbehaving. Pretty often it leads to the person's early death and to his/her relatives and family members' grief. 2.Negligence is another point worth being mentioned in this case. Simply it means careless treatment of people and events surrounding a certain individual. Some doctors, nurses and paramedics fail to give the sick patient a shot or injection, which makes their suffering ill patient to die. This occurrence may also be related to the tort's science. 3.Defamation and slander are both instances of a tort science. Being blamed for the crimes a person has not committed may cause him/her to have a heart attack. Also dismissals and discharges deprive people of supporting themselves financially. It technically means that defamatory statements lead to serious consequences and cause a person's moral destruction. This is why they are considered to be so bad. Blame itself is considered to be a sin in religion. Also it is considered to be a wrong-doing by certain criminal codes of all among which is tort's science. No one can really tell whether it is less harmful than the previous two.
