If the driver is not the owner, the above information of the car owner should also be included
Take note of the accident details as well. Make a note about the road and weather conditions, the color, plate number and model of the cars involved, etc.
Take photos as well. It can serve as evidence if you would need one for your claim.

The insurance company will want to gather as much information about the accident for their use, whether you are at fault or not.
Be careful though at agreeing to any statements especially if you or your passengers were injured in the accident.
