Traffic Generation Demystified

Let me tell you from experience, a lot of the traditional methods failed miserably, and some cost upwards of thousands of dollars. Search engine optimization can be related to a lot of different areas and could end up creating a lot of disaster over time. There are two methods to be aware of and both of them have marginal results. These are black hat and white hat; each one will have you turning over positive traffic but not in the long term. In the case of black hat seo, you'll find your website delisted and dropped from search engines. It has been said that if you play with fire you'll be burned, and I found out the hard way that playing with search engine optimization could really be negative. I found that SEO might work for a short time, but it is not a long-term strategy for true traffic generation. Go ahead and try it, and much like me, you'll end up seeing that it takes up so much time that the return on investment is not close to worth while.

Another failed venture that I bought into was simply blogging. I was told that I could generate a wealth of traffic to my business by blogging and while it had marginal results, and at times a few opportunities to make money, I ended up finding that it took up another good chunk of my time. Between blogging, promoting the site, trying to come up with good content, and working a real job, I ended up giving up. That's not to say that the blogging platform is completely useless, it's just that it takes such a large commitment that it overshadows your business site within a few posts. I learned the hard way that blogging and business might intermingle at times, but it's not as easy in terms of traffic generation.

I harnessed the power of turning traffic links and promotional links into a gold mine. Sure, I had to step away from the traditional and that in itself wasn't exactly a thrilling thing, but the results are out and I can't argue with success. The process didn't cost me residual income of thousands of dollars like pay per click campaigns did, and I started to see results within a few hours!

I was skeptical about what a traffic generator might do, but once I tried it, I realized that by utilizing a better system, I was able to finally turn my efforts into traffic generation that continually sends me unique, targeted traffic.
